i use the adidas micoach app so from today i will start to log it and add details in here...however i usually just monitor it in km
i'm not looking to run miles and miles - my aim is two or three times a week (depending on footy/work) to go for a 20-30 minute jog, looking to do between 3km and 5km each run.
but i need to get into the routine of it....and me being competitive, being involved in some sort of table like this will hopefully drag me out
that's much more realistic to be fair.

My groin still doesn't feel right but I need to get back running again so got the Garmin Forerunner charged and I'm ready to roll.
