    Glad that's cleared up.
No we have an entire squad of international players who were incapable of crossing the ball last night

Hope that clears things up for you

If he moved in front of the first man he'd be stood on the wings!!!!

Our wide players barely got the ball past the fullback

It's alright, I'll name them for you: Downing, Kuyt, Adam and Reina

Gerrard, Johnson, Bellamy, Enrique, Downing, Kuyt and Henderson can all cross the ball well.

A lot of the crosses were hitting the full back which would indicate that they are not accurate or high enough. The delivery was poor last night and he cannot be blamed for that

How did he score goals for Newcastle, did they just hit his head and go in?

                      YES THEY CAN

BUT THEY DIDNT DO IT LAST NIGHT

Do you want me to put it in bigger writing??

Perhaps if you actually READ what I put in my posts. I have stated in this (or the post match thread) that Gerrards crosses V Newcastle were quality. Downing also put some decent crosses in for Carroll early on in the season (Norwich & Swansea instantly springs to mind)

However there was not one cross last night that came remotely close to that sort of quality barring Enriques (which Carroll knocked down for Kuyt)

He's a fan of Carroll because neither of them are ever at fault for anything - ever. It's everyone else's fault.

On the subject of crossing, can we please not change free kick/set piece taker everytime? It's just so bloody random.

I want Adam to take all the set pieces and, yes, he might **** up a few but he'll get more right than wrong. The problem is at the moment it seems to be one strike and you're out. At Blackpool he took all the set pieces no questions asked.

Not my decision I'm afraid. You need to speak to the top dog.

It would be nice if people were for once able to see the middle ground and agree that:

                              Andy Carroll needs to improve.
                              Our crossing needs to improve.

Thats because he was there best player. Id rather Gerrard took them all when he was on anyway.
