What a **** postOriginally posted by Phil_Neal View PostAndy Carroll is a nobody, a talentless nobody.
I'm sick of seeing his **** haircut, bad body language and general talentless ****ness in my beloved red shirt.
The bigges waste of money ever in football. Makes Denilson, Veron, De La Pena and Co look like bargains.
Dalglish has made some appalling signings and I'm sick of watching it.
One of the ****test and there's been many
Sick of watching it? There's 19 other teams in the PL you can go and support.

Tactics and personel let Carroll down today. He didn't really get any service at all and was isolated up front by himself against probably the best centre back on current form in the league.-----------------------------------------------

He didn't mate. He really, really didn't. If your idea of a good performance is standing at the back post of the opposition's goal waiting for the ball to magically land on your head or at your feet then fair enough.Originally posted by Gibbo9 View PostPlayed well today, link up play was excellent and he hosed a good touch which was nice, would like to see his passing stats
He's Liverpool's number nine, I expect some kind of movement and guile from our main striker. Andy has neither of those qualities, in fact I'm not sure what AC's strengths actually are.
Kenny has to make a decision and quickly- Do we completely abandon pass and move football and revert to an old fashioned, direct style of football to accomodate Carroll ? It's one or the other because Andy will never, ever be a pass and move player.

I think he'd be a useful player if we got men into the box to support him, he could win alot of knock downs for them.Originally posted by Mattshark View PostThe problem is that he can't create by himself and he doesn't fit our passing game at all, he isn't suited to playing for us.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

He didnt today
There were times when we had Torres and we complained about the service he got despite the fact he could create chances for himself. You have to expect most of a strikers chances to be created by his team mates rather than himself. For me anything he creates for himself is a 'bonus'. If the team doesn't create chances for him you can't expect much from him.
