Throughout his career I have to say Downing always struck me as the kind of player whose shoulders drop and disappears out of the game when his team are struggling. Just always had that impression of him - I hope the reality at Liverpool will be very different.

You could say that about many players including our Captain. It is a problem but not a big problem.

A player will look like he don't care in some games during a season when in reality he just having a bad day at the office.

When the team is struggling then it is very easy to pick out a scapegoat when in reality the whole team should be blamed. Downing for example could look like he is playing a **** game but when you then look at the game again you may see the reasons to why. He may not got the service he needed for example and that was the reasons to why he didn't do or noticed much in the game.

            Not having that!

Gerrard has dragged us through more games than I can remember. He pretty much carried us through the first part of the season.

There seems to be a **** load of rubbish songs flying around so I think I should sort it out by adding a****ter one

(Sugar We're Going Down by Fall Out Boy)

"We've Stewart Down-ing running around in our ground,
He plays on the left he's our winger,
Puts the ball in the box like a bullet,
For Carrol and Suarez so cross it or pull it"

              Sorry.

I'd be very surprised if Kenny came all that way back just to discuss terms with Downing.

You haven't posted six months later that we've agreed a fee for Downing yet! Tits on a ****ing bull!

He does have a bit of acceleration and can beat a man down the wing
He's got a powerful left foot
Good player to have when breaking on counter-attacks
Good player to have to supply Good strikers
But he does tend to have alot of average games where he does very little
He could potentially be brilliant or he could be just another Albert Riera
                        What's the tune?

I think a lot of this may have been down to the negative attitude that Rafa projected and passed on to the players though. Wouldn't you agree?
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

We have more possibilities then Rafa had possibilities.

Why are our managers looking fat?

Ged Started put on weight,so did Rafa now Kenny looks fat is wearing glasses all he needs is a goatee.
