Haha you are the Man United of this forum, too busy thinking about someone else rather than your own team

Of course it does! That first half performance from Mignolet kept Liverpool in the game. He made some stunning saves and punches!

He is a dirty player and well on his way to blossoming into a Fellaini type cunt.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

                Jonjo's great.

I was only pulling your leg

With the team doing well, Rodgers being praised and Allen getting some credit - I've no doubt that you're very happy
                  Another MASSIVE game

Yeah i agree (!) but what's that got to do with Allen?

A few players played well but they didn't keep us in the game because they aren't goalkeepers. You just said it like it was a criticism of Allen or something. Just found it odd

It was more in response to everyone waxing lyrical about how amazing Joe Allen was, but the string of word class saves Mignolet pulled off in the first half seemed to be comparatively unnoticed. I thought it was a bit OTT - Allen was decent, a 7/10 in the second half, but it wasn't a stunning performance.

Was Mig's a stunning performance? Two good shots saved from outside the area and two punches I would expect goalies to make (otherwise they're just a liability with crosses). You're overcooking his 'world class saves'. He has made lots this season but none of them were against Swansea.
                        One tit for another.

Perception innit. We all see things differently.

I think Mig had a very good match & did everything that was asked of him. If he can improve his distribution he'll become the real deal IMO.

This is one of the rare threads that usually stays resolutely on topic and you just had to ruin it.

I think one of the issues is that a perfect Joe Allen game would be hard to assess - quick, accurate recycling of the ball and tactically aware positioning are a) hard to pick out a lot of the time and b) dependent on others performances to be effective. So assessing a Joe Allen performance is always likely to be divisive. Over a run of games however it is clear that he is working well in our system.
