We all know that agents control things like photoshoots, to suggest the club dictated this date and there was no deviation is farcical.

And my profession may not be high profile but it's a damn sight more important than a footballer.
Thanks for that, I'm incapable of thinking even a little bit laterally...

And a professional footballer is one of the least important jobs going; so if you're a road sweeper then you've got a more "important" job.

I didn't go to Istanbul, I didn't try to go, I had a meeting the next day that I didn't try to rearrange.

Therefore it follows that I do not support Liverpool, and in fact I only contribute to this site because of the huge sums of money I am paid by AnfieldForever and PaulS. If I ever stop contributing to this site it follows that I have been offered a lot more money to post elsewhere because I am a money-grabbing sh1t without an honest bone in my body.

Oh yeah, I'm not going to Athens either, I have not tried to move my work scheduled for that week and I am going to watch the game at home with my children. Proof that I don't care at all.

        FACT.

        .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

But you didn't use your work as an excuse as to why you didn't go Neil. Or at least others didn't concoct that excuse on your behalf.

All too often we see what you we want to see. Of course, I wasn't asked by a journalist whether I went to Istanbul and if not why not.

You made them go through your agent?

I heard on the celebrity grapevine that NY was sampling young Rieslings with a certain Lembit Opik the night of number 5. Shhhh

I entirely agree but I do urge you to be careful. Apparently, people are allowed to speculate pointlessly and woe betide anyone who dares suggest how lame and unnecessary it all is for surely an intellectual pygmy will come along and hypocritically tell you to shut up about pointing out the inanity of it all.

I clearly didn't make my point very well. I wasn't calling you an intellectual pygmy, that referred to a different person in a different thread. I was actually agreeing with you.

That's exactly what I was thinking up to this point. FFS, all this bollocks over some ****in photoshoot Who gives a ****?

These Owen threads are so tedious is unbelievable. I hope he moves to Qatar and stays there, they're probably the only ones who'd pay his current wage :whatever:
