I've not had anyone try and be a smart arse (I don't know any bitter fans), but my hearts sunk a few times today when I was sent pictures and articles about it all. Months, if not years, of educating them ****ed up.

I feel a bit guilty for starting it now, I was a bit surprised that no-one had started a thread, but we've talked about it now rather than try and ignore it.

To be honest i tried with one of these cocks yesterday but there really was too many of them, its hard for me to say but i genuinely feel it is becoming more than a minority now, especially on big away days like finals, the self policing used to work when there was a few dickheads but 60 people alone bunked on to our plane last night. The club need to get involved somehow but it will be a long slow uncomfortable process.

I like the idea proposed on the other site of posting photos of the robbing scallies. I understand that people don't want to get stabbed stopping them, but as the police have found cameras are great weapons and can be everywhere and are, as almost everyone has one in their pocket these days.

get on a bus from the terminal, they dont check the boarding passes properly and you sit down, all the seats get filled and 2 bus loads got turned away from the plane, probably still there for all i know, happened a load in Istanbul too thats why there were so many problems over there too.

must admit we did it in istanbul, however the situation was different then. In Turkey all the planes left the airport as the pilots were running out of hours. Thus, when a rescue plane did turn up it was every man for himself. In Athens they had scheduled the flights later so everyone should've got on their own flight.

mind you, staying in that ****ing tent wasn't an especially nice prospect so it was bound to happen i spose
