he wont play again but if injuries happen and were desperate for a winger and he's ****ed off to oz thats a choice rafa cant use.

say someone gets injured on the wednesday and were playing saturday by the time he gets back he'll be fooked with jet lag and more useless than normal.

for the 17 million in wages recieved he should have the good grace to keep himself fit in the reserves just in case imo.

as much as i would like to slag Harry off, I just cant, he has been so unlucky with his injuries, he has the talent, but injuries have robbed him off his LFC career, If some sort of pay as you play deal could be worked out then fine, but somehow, cant see that happening.

If he does go I will be genuinely gutted. Even now I think he could do a job for us on the left, but maybe I am just kidding myself - the Harry Kewell I thought we had signed would never be able to recapture his Leeds form.

A real shame, but to be fair on Rafa he gave hime so many chances on every level.

Replace Kewell with Cheyrou and you have it right.

Kewell was a very exciting signing at the time and had some good games in a read shirt. You can't legislate for injuries.

Some members on this forum need to cut the lad some slack.

You are entitled to your opinion

I was not creaming when we signed him I was cringeing. Kewell for me has never been a fantastic player regardless of the endless sequence of injuries he has endured. We payed well over the market value for a squad player.

Oh how I still laugh at the "Edge of the seat" player we signed

.............sits and waits patiently for the Aussies on the forum to surround and attack me like 10 angry Sheila's
