What a complete tool you are. Rafa is only now starting to get the team he wants so if anything, his 5 years should start now (or more probably last season).

What possible basis do you have to suggest we won in spite of Rafa? Do you think the players told him to go **** himself and made up their own tactics while he sat in the corner?

Or perhaps the subs had a vote to see who would come on then forced Rafa to bring them on?

I think the reason you get so much stick sometimes mate is that it appears that you're waiting in the wings to be 'proved right' when things don't go well which drives people to despair especially when we all have the same emotions when it looks like we might be dropping points.
Except, it doesnt actually mean that.

What do you do if you GENUINELY feel something negative? Do you lie?

unfortunately Mr Rage you seem to have no idea of what it takes to win a league title and would seem to prefer a quick fix , win or bust , buy the title scenario.

!. This team is being turned into one that is man for man as good as any in the league.

          2. This team beat the reigning european and premier league champions

          3. This team is being managed by a man that has won league titles before

It takes time to transform a soccer club and the worst thing we could do is sack Rafa , bring in someone new and start all over again (remember how long it took Fergie??)

Rafa is a gentleman and has the record for making the most game winning substitutions.

You have to remember that only one team can win the league each year , so it is not about how good we are , but how good we are compared to the other teams in the top 4 (this year we are great)

I love this club and my favourite moments that I can remember (im 26) have nearly all come under Rafas rule.

You make valid points here and i totally disagree that we won in spite of rafa, i think he instigated the turnaround and deserves enormous credit.

I dont see why you cant make your points, however, without calling people names. It's a sign of ignorance and lacking intelligence when someone can only make their point through the use of abuse or name calling.

the second half today for me is why rafa must learn from, regardless of how many of you on here tell me to **** off. for the vast majority of teams we'll play in the premiership i do believe that we should play to our strengths instead of setting up to negate the strengths of the opposition. OUR SECOND HALF DISPLAY PROVES THE VALIDITY OF THIS POINT.
We did try to play to our strengths, only City was very effective and scored when we didn't.
If you know the slightest little bit about football, you would know that when a team goes two or three up in the first half, they are likely to try and play it more safe in the second. It was up to us to try and take advantage of what everyone knew would be a LFC dominated second half. We did, and both the manager and the players deserve credit for that.

Comes to something when a relatively new poster with few posts to his name is already sick of hearing the same negative ****e from the same few posters...says a lot about this site really.

How many times is it likely that we'd come back from 2-0 down? All rage is saying is that we need to make sure we dont get into that situation too often.

Some people need to grow up and improve their vocabulary.

                        'fook off' indeed

And a barrage of 'tool' 'dickhead' and 'numbnuts' is representative of a quality site?

Why cant people remove their 'you must agree with me or i will abuse you' attitude? It's pathetic.

I disagree with the way they go about it...mindless rantings in the middle of a matchday thread that apparently aren't to do with the match at all, but Rafa general stewardship over the past few years...so why post it in the match thread then??

And other posters who, at every chance, want to put the boot in to Rafa...we get it, you don't think he's the man for the job...but we don't need to hear about it every other time you post.

Insane babbling about Kuyt's overall contribution...the man does a lot of work off the ball that frees up space for the others, and often finds himself in the right place to score a vital goal...but that's pure luck...whereas if it was Torres it would be pure genius...

We know certain posters don't like Rafa/A player/Life...but we don't need to constantly hear about it....it grinds you down...can't even put them on ignore, cos pother ****ers keep quoting them!!

I may be a new poster , but i am a soccer coach and have the experiance of winning titles and cups at a top level (albeit youth soccer) and have supported this club for 20 odd years .

It is too easy to say things like - "we need to start better" without having a true understanding off the game .

Its all good to go out guns blazing but what rafa is trying to do is build a team that can "adapt" to any situation tactically while at the same time showing passion , belief and drive"

you need a plan b and a plan c , so that in the case of a bad start you can turn it around and win.

                              No team wins every game

Likewise, there are also some who see everything as positive all the time, no matter what happens and constantly post accordingly, sometimes coming across as a bit dillusional (to some) and i imagine the likes of rage and co are also bored of it, get it and dont need to hear about it every other time it's posted.

They dont tend to get abusive though and those who do could easily make their points without the name calling and abuse (which is equally as boring to read). Do you not agree?
