A break? Give me a break. He's always away with the national side. We need him now, stuff a break

I suppose thinking about it, he had all of June to holiday and this tournament was probably seen as part of his pre-season. I hope so anyway.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

But as you say, not sure if he's registered

Are you sure they're not photoshopped? Gerrard is smiling in one of them for example.

I'm confused about Stirling. He made the friendly at 15 but isn't in any reserve teams, I assume he is in the under 18s but then why make an appearance in a friendly at all if you are not at the very least in the reserve side.

Roy on SSN saying he is "hopeful" that Nando will be fit for the Arsenal game, even though he knows the sports science guys will tell him 'too early'.

"We believe he wasn't fully fit going into the World Cup which explains the injury he picked up and maybe his performances"

Liverpool (from): Cavalieri, Johnson, Carragher, Skrtel, Agger, Aurelio, Aquilani, Gerrard, Jovanovic, Lucas, Cole, Ngog, Spearing, Kelly, Eccleston, Pacheco, Darby, Insua, Rodriguez, Gulacsi, Shelvey.

So Pacheco was registered, would love to see him get a game, seeing as Roy has said he will play strongest available I would go for:

                  Cavalieri
                  Johnson
                  Agger
                  Carra
                  Aurelio
                  Cole
                  Gerrard
                  Aqualani
                  Jovanovic/Maxi
                  Pacheco
                  Ngog

"We can play a stronger team this team and Cole, Gerrard, Carragher, Johnson and Jovanovic will all start the game," Hodgson told Liverpoolfc.tv.

"A week ago they were definitely not fit and couldn't play but now they are ready.

"We have a lot of players like Cole and Jovanovic who are anxious to show the fans what they are made of and it's a great opportunity for them.

"We also have Pacheco back after a very successful tournament with Spain and he is desperate to show us what a good player he is"
Switch off when not in use.

Don't think you could play Cole, Gerrard, Aquilani and Pacheco in the same team.

Why not? Especially 2-0 up at home to a team we should beat comfortably.
