What is the agreement with the FA? As far as I have read, the Swiss case revolves around Sion taking its case to a civil court, and for that all Swiss clubs are in danger of being booted out of Euro competition. What, if any, is the domestic sanction?

that guilty verdict will be a massive issue for him and his family.

He could but i'm not sure how seriously that would be taken with someone earning a basic of circa £75k p/w.

Definately, I say we let Luis stick his feet up and get some rest, Carroll needs a kick up his arse anyway and this might be it.
                * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

And the club. Can't pretend "the brand" doesn't come into it for us as well as the personal side of things. It's a disaster for him and for us.

Aye but as i said, the Bosman ruling is integrated with EU employment laws and freedom of movement within employment. Vastly different i think.

There are no depths that that cunt of a Club and cunt of a manger would not stoop to. Anybody that gets in their way is fair game. It's absolutely ****ing despicable.

I think Suarez will leave the club now, as much as it pains me to say it.

The statement Liverpool have released tonight makes them look very unprofessional and reactionary.

The club will wait until the full statement from the FA is out before deciding to appeal. Makes sense IF the fa have found evidence out of nowhere to back their claims.
                                Are we winning?
