What is the agreement with the FA? As far as I have read, the Swiss case revolves around Sion taking its case to a civil court, and for that all Swiss clubs are in danger of being booted out of Euro competition. What, if any, is the domestic sanction?

The club will wait until the full statement from the FA is out before deciding to appeal. Makes sense IF the fa have found evidence out of nowhere to back their claims.
