Exactly, they have controlled the media and manipulated events. We have reacted like school kids and fell over every banana skin they've thrown in front of us.

You know who will be absolutely reveling in this

Enough to vindicate Luis' action IMO. This kick started it all and it's now clear that Evra is a wind up merchant and got what he wanted.
      Are we winning?

Before all this we had lots of neutrals who begrudgingly respected our club, now many of those same people label us as a racist club.
If those people truly think that, they are idiots, why do you even care what they say.

        See through the ****e ffs.

This is a bloke who worships Roy Keane. Supports a club where Keane is a hero.

The same Roy Keane who deliberately maimed Alf Inge Haaland and ended his career.

Suarez - the man who brings such shame upon us - didn't shake someone's hand. Didn't shake someone's ****ing hand! It defies belief. I asked him "would you rather someone maimed you and ended your career, or didn't shake your hand?". He hasn't responded.

Also presumably Paul Scholes as well who also admitted he's gone out to do people as well.

The whole idea that Suarez should never play football again or be deported because he refused a handshake is crazy.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Makes you wonder what the outcry would have been had Rio not got in the way of Evras attempted tackle in the first minute or so.

****ing hell I can see through it, you're missing the point. I'm on your side.

It's all about perception though. If you think how the club is perceived doesn't matter, then I fundamentally disagree with you.

We've played this all wrong is all I'm saying, and it's hurt the great reputation of our legendary football club. That to me is a huge regret.

Just look at Evra's face, his stance. He is utterly contemptuous.
                Agree totally.

The reporting of all this is so one-sided, so incredibly biased, that i for one won't be giving in to media hypocrites or mass persuasion, so called journalists reporting issues based on the safety of their jobs in the industry, it's shameful.

Squad handshake, not a starting eleven so whether he started or not makes no difference

if there was no controversy there would be no one watching.. of course the EPL wanted the handshake to take place. sky needed it so they could talk about something

Just blank it all out. I ain't going on Twitter, Facebook, watching SSN, looking at the BBC or any media outlets. They think they're important, they think they set agendas. They're absolutely worthless if you blank it. I ain't going near any of the above for weeks. Just staying on here among my brethren. **** the rest.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Yep, watch it back Dave, it was only the first XI who lined up and shook hands.

P.S. We may need to re-think the smilie on Est. I don't want to force anyone involuntary to shake hands with me who may not want to

I feel, that as bad as it seems now, in time it will all blow over, and at this moment it's being reported with no proportion or neutrality.

I do hope so mate. These racist slurs tend to hang around for while though. It's all so unfair
