If we had drawn at home to Sunderland, Norwich and Swansea scoring 2 goals in the process under Hodgson people wouldn't hesitate to call for his dismissal but not Dalglish.

I don't recall us getting tanked 4 0 under Hodgson either.

Dalglish has wasted £85 million on dross. Considering the Suarez deal was done before he took over, his only decent signing has been Enrique. That's a pretty poor record. For example, who would you rather spend £35 million on - Aguero or the Carroll?
I think its becasue its arn rather than the poster says he doesnt think Dalglish is the right man for the job.

I had reservations about appointing him tbh truthful. He did a good job last year. I was not sure about the signings in the summer either. However despite those doubts and (the fact i beleive Rafa who is available is a better manager) Dalglish needs time. He needs to build his team and the style he wants to play. I think I mentioned that buys that Comolli is believed to have been involved in at Arsenal and spurs started showing there best a year or more after being signed. I dont really get how the relationship between Comolli and Dalglish works.

For me the biggest head scratcher is what has happened to that fluent football that we saw last season?

i can understand lots of us not being happy and even having doubts but to call for him to go now seems a bit reactionary. Though there is an argument to say that is how football is now.

however we all know all arn wants is rafa as manager and this thread despite what he says is probably what he is saying

2, Make positive substitutions earlier, taking Hendo off at half time today was encouraging, we need to see Bellamy more often too.

Kenny out is waaaay OTT though IMO.
2 very valid and fair points IMO.

Course the money has been spent now so chances of that happening are zero.

But suggesting that we kick out Kenny is a joke, although he's got a real job on his hands now.

so in your mind there is no doubt whatsoever that Kenny is a better manager than Rafa?

There's nothing wrong with questioning Kenny, he's the boss and the buck stops with him. Same as when people were questioning Wenger.

So Maradona is an active player who was transferred for £35m in the last year?
Aguero 200k a week. NEVER going to happen. Only football manager ****s look at the two fees and think Carroll cost the same as Aguero.

And no I've never been banned from here.

It will happen if we don't pick up more points.

FSG will sack Kenny if the results isn't good enough. Either we start winning games or he will be sacked.

They won't keep him only because who he is. If they keep him and the results isn't good enough then they will lose a lot of money.

not sure about we could have got either. The problem for some people is who we did get and what we paid for them. This is compounded currently by how they are playing.

whether we should be more patient and give them time we will know at some point in the future.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

have to agree on the aguero point.

generally speaking the big names come here if there is CL football.

We dont have CL football and we will not and can not pay city wages.

Now had you said that in your original reply, that would have been better.

Still swearing at fellow posters , you need to calm down and debate - putting a cutting point across is better then calling someone a cunt/**** etc

But Arn, were you calling for Rafa's head by the middle of November in his first season?

IMO there nothing wrong with Arns thread, yes it is controversial and some will take offence, but he is entitled to his opinion. I think if people take a step back and put aside that it is Kenny, the thread hopefully won't be nasty.

I'm not saying kenny isn't the man for the job, not at all premature to say the least IMO. But bloody hell he has his work cut out for him. Some all too familiar performances happening at LFC. Whether or not Henderson/Carroll & Downing, who we've forked out massive money on will be a long term success, i don't know. But after 11 games and some pretty bad displays it's not looking good.
