Other than that . We can always moan about it on here!
One of your biggest obstacles will be that the new pay agreement continues to incentivise the maximisation of income by any means available. That is what you are up against, among many other things.

I honestly wish you luck in your crusade. But the trouble with crusades is that they kinda come across a bit Daily Express (just look at their logo).

    Oh I don't know.

What has a TV deal got to do with ticketing though?
      *Except Michael, who died.

And why would broadcasters do that

It's a tad extreme. Can you write to British Gas and ask them to stop raising my energy bills, please?

It is much bigger and because of that no need to rise ticket prizes.

No reason to why they would do that. It is the FA and the PL that should demand it. If you don't accept it then you get thrown out of the league.

Just like they done in Germany.

The TV deal has nothing to do with ticket prices.

And even it such a rule was implemented, how would that work? The likes of Southampton and Wigan would be stuck with bugger all match day income compared to Arsenal and Chelsea without a hope of ever clawing any of it back. The status quo would be forever maintained.

Would you apply the same restrictions to all ticket types? Executive tickets? Meal deal / tour deal tickets? Family tickets? What about the price of programmes, beer and hot dogs? Should we restrict how much we charge sponsors too?

Don't forget that the Premier League rules are ratified by all the clubs. 2/3 majority agreement is required to implement or change rules. So such a thing can not be unilaterally be enforced. Turkey voting Christmas you say? I think so.
                Oh I don't know.

I know that's how you look at it. The simplicity of this makes Arn look like Einstein.

It is very extreme but if if the threat of a very heavy punishment isn't there then nothing will happen. We fans can protest 24/7 but nothing will change to the better.

It is the same with FFP. If UEFA don't punish PSG and City and stops them from playing in the European cups and stops them doing transfer business then FFP is dead.

We can protest about it but no punishment means our protests is worthless.

Lovely idea holding or reducing ticket prices but I'd be interested in your response to this Merlboo.

Conversely if we build a bigger stadium and don't do the business on the pitch then I should imagine that there would be every likelihood that prices would be frozen or come down. As some have mentioned it's ultimately about supply and demand.

I keep going back to Germany . There's got to be a blueprint there .
Also that monstrous TV deal that's on its way . All this could supplement Ticket prices .
I don't mind if I am wrong on the next point and anyone can correct me if I am wrong. But German Football is the way it is because of Government intervention and Coperate Legislation. Football is seen as a business over there under Government Law, Hence they have to follow certain law and guidelines in terms of ownership and running of the club and wider social effects? Hence very little Debt in the League and due to some League pact Lower Price Tickets. Your Unlikely to get that sort of support from any UK political party where free market economy rules.

I dont know about that. But are German clubs 51% fan owned too?

                                Edit: From Wikipedia

All German football clubs—except for some historic works teams that are allowed to maintain their company affiliation, such as Volkswagen's VfL Wolfsburg and Bayer's Bayer 04 Leverkusen—are required to have at least 51% member ownership; when Red Bull purchased the playing license of the Leipzig-area club SSV Markranstädt and renamed the football team RB Leipzig, it could only acquire 49% of the shares, and could not use the full Red Bull name due to other German rules. Member ownership is also the standard in most other professional sports leagues. Apart from the aforementioned Wolfsburg, Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig, some other football clubs enjoy strong backing of local industries or of deep-pocketed individuals, such as 1899 Hoffenheim (backed by SAP cofounder Dietmar Hopp, who played in the club's youth setup).
In some cases fans have also re-founded bankrupt or otherwise disappeared clubs, one such example is Lokomotive Leipzig.
