Was hoping Milner or Henderson would snap in him half in a tackle after that!

A snidy ****, but a very good player.

It's the way he knows he's not going to win the header so he decides to charge into Van Dijk instead. It's plain as sight in slow motion.
While virge is in mid jump the attacker steps into his legs so that he cannot land straight down and whe he lands all his weight comes down on one leg and its not directly underneath him so it looks like its pulled a muscle or joint slightly.

Not an obvious foul, but one of those sneaky snidey ones that cuntish teams must surely practice.

They're just looking to twist the knife in at any opportunity as we've had a few decisions go our way recently. It was a clear foul on VVD but let's not dwell on that or show the proper replay.

"A defender with less pace" and then went on to say that he wouldn't have, cos he's a speed machine...his analysis of their goal was wrong, in my opinion, there was no blame to apportion anywhere, apart from at the ref and the Napoli player that took Virg out the game.

Yeah, all he did was explain why the goal happened but he also apportioned blame. It was bollocks.

Every goal is avoidable when looked at by a pundit in a studio.

Perhaps he was under the impression that Dejan had the speed of a juiced up Usain Bolt not only to cover the run, but also cover the area vacated by a CB on the deck.
Of course, 'that's what I'd have done Rio' has some weird recollection of his own ability to suggest that.

Lovren made a percentage call of a bad situation and only for Robbo being slightly the wrong side, it would have been the right one.

No problem with him tonight. Good performance all round, important goal etc
