I thought we played well for 75 minutes and what happened in the last 15 mins is something hard to understand. Most of the game we showed how good we are and never seemed to imply the mistakes at the end.
    Are we winning?

I don't think we played badly at all. The ball over the top was giving us trouble but we were largely controlling the game

I don't think we control games at all, we may control possession in certain areas of the pitch but we don't really do much with it these days as our end product is so bad. Teams are happy enough to surrender possession to us and when it breaks down the counter or play the ball over the top. We have struggled with these exact same tactics for months now against various sides.

Things have not been happening in the last third which has an impact. When the game is so finely balanced and we can't take teams out like we used to and when defensively we're so fragile with all the injuries, we get what we're getting this season.

There was one move in the first half today, when we carved them open with excellent play which freed Robbo in the penalty area and with two players in a position to score where a simple pass to one of them would have been a goal. He chose to blast it over.

Little things which in another time we would have been 3 or 4 up but not happening this season.

Ridiculous when we've got to listen to how much Leicester have improved when we've died on our own sword today, much like last week.

I agree our decision making has been terrible this season. I thought Leicester were bang average and the love in after the game was ridiculous, it was pure snatch and grab but what team have been doing to us over the last few months.

We're all emotional, it's been a disaster of a season & hard not to talk about our lack of urgency in the summer and Jan window as they have proven to be very costly decisions. Talk about deflated, anyways gotta suck it up and roll with it.

Yeah, we've got to suck it up. It's hard, but I still believe that this team is so good that we're gonna emerge from that bad period with a winning run at some point. Might be wishful thinking, but that's what the role of a fan is. We've got that club in our DNA, for bad or worse, like family.

Do you know what, as ****e as it is - I'll never stop watching and supporting the team regardless of how we're playing.

This season is pretty much a write off bar Europe, knowing us we'll probably ****ing win it lol. Let's just try and get back on track, there are some strong characters in that team but they need our support at the moment big time, and so does Klopp.

Next year we'll have more luck. All the injured lot will be back, there'll be some new additions and VAR decisions will go our way. We need a performance against Everton and we'll get it, we have to as this can't go on for much longer, we know that, Klopp knows that and so do the players.

Let's try and channel some positive energy towards the lads and each other, things will get better they always do. We're Liverpool football club, never forget that.

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Well said Slinks. There will be better times ahead and this situation is not in any shape or form as bad as the one we were in with Roy Hodgson 10 years ago.

rough season considering the past 3; its hard to take, but square pegs round holes has caught up with us. We have spent next to **** all compared to other teams & the lack of recruitment is now hitting us.

Say what you want but we have run the front 3 dry, Mane is a shadow at present & we have not signed back up/support for them.

The club have allowed the Klopp can sort it mantra too far & not supported him with £££ its as simple as that.

Don't tell me Klopp did not want nw signings in the summer, thats bollocks, he wasn't given the backing.

They bought us for 300M & we are now worth 1Bn, they need to take the blame for this, not the knackered/drained players & coaching staff.

I know this won't go down well but the last few games are a reflection of the reality we have been facing since we got the injuries to VVD and Gomez, we got away with playing midfielders at CB and inexperienced kids for a while but there has been an inevitability about this ever since IMO. The more you play with the cobbled together lineup the more teams are going to figure out how to beat it. We have IMO done well to still be where we are at this point.

There are clearly issues elsewhere in the team that are affected by this midfield is weakened by loss of Henderson and Fabinho, forwards are struggling for decent chances and if we are honest are mostly off form.

We have been without 6 or 8 first team or squad players for more or less the whole season, a season in which we are expected to play 2 games a week and the injuries keep coming. Our strength over the last few season has been having a settled side and making a max of 1 or 2 changes a game. Now we are barely able to put a side out, we are dragging players from one area to another, ou try and rest someone and their replacement gets injured there is no understanding in the side, we are trying to bring new players into this chaos, it' s no wonder there are mistakes an cock ups.

This season is a write off we need to see if we can salvage a top 4 spot and if we can IMO we've had a great season. For me we have to get the best team out that we can with players playing in their best positions, get some understanding and rhythm back I to our play, accept that there will be mistakes along the way and see what we can salvage from this **** show of a season.

For me all this talk about it being Thiago's fault or Klopp losing it or Alisson going to **** or coaches, kits or leaving Melwood being responsible is BS, it's the injuries and inability to put a team out with players who understand each others role and game well enough that are responsible. If things don't improve next season when hopefully we have something resembling a normal squad we can start looking for the blame then.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I can't understand how that Maddison goal can't be offside. The technology is there, we can all see with our yes and then they complicate things by adding those lines.

As I've said, complete rotten luck.

I still don’t get how they are choosing the moment the ball is released. You could easily roll that forward or backwards a couple of milliseconds and it is going to still look like a pass is being made but it will look either on or offside depending on which frame you select.

Ultimately that’s should stand (level is on) but then so should the Mane one and loads of others we’ve had chalked off.
