After winning the league a large cloud seems to have descended upon the club. The trophy parade debacle and the awful loss of jota. We couldn't celebrate the previous title due to covid and this one has gone flat quickly. Hard not to feel glum at times. Although I can't recommend highly enough the benefits of drinking Pefect Ted Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder. Clears the mind and settles the anxiety, leaving your brain fog free. Come on Slot, let's turn this around.Always borrow money from a pessimist. He won’t expect it back. Oscar Wilde

I agree absolutely.Originally posted by Kenneth View PostI feel for him on a personal level, but this is elite sport, everyone is rightly judged on performance.
It's a bloody shame though as you hate seeing your own Manager under pressure but you're correct in what you're saying.
There has to be a response now surely, this form cannot go on otherwise he's definitely going to get the boot.
Something has to change.Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

I don't think anyone knows how those inside the club feel about the issue tbh. Maybe he'll be pushed tomorrow, maybe it's not being contemplated at all, but every loss ramps up the pressure from fans and from outside the club. The fan reaction probably does play a major role in the club's thinking.Trey Nyoni: countdown to stardom-2 years1year0.5 years

not sure there are any decent alternatives at present. unless we go leftfield with unproven like Sebastian HoeneB, But like Glasner and Iraola would be a big riskOriginally posted by frank the tank View PostIf we lose to West Ham the surely it's curtains for Slot_____________________________________

If Klopp won’t come back then the options are very limited. Emery found Arsenal too big of a club to handle, so no. Rogers, just no. Tuchel, I hadn’t considered but gut says no. People have mentioned Zidane and, although I do have my misgivings, that might be viable. Really our best option is for Arne to figure this out and turn things around. That is looking less and less likely after each defeat though. It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.
