It's his first decent game since XYZ amount of time. Can't have passengers hanging on for nostalgic levels. I even think the same about Gerrard. He played really well today, but hasn't been 'what he used to be'. Just like Carra.

Gerrard hasn't declined anywhere near as much as Carra, Stevie has a good few years left providing he doesn't suffer anymore serious injuries.

I read a tweet yesterday by @theliverpoolway saying they had heard Carra will retire in the summer so he is playing as many games as possible before then.
Seeing as theliverpoolway is ran by Dave Usher who is a mate of Carra's I'd say it was more than accurate



Oh and btw if Carra starts against Chelsea with everyone else fit it will be a disgrace and a massive mistake
