Januzaj is brilliant. Great awareness, fantastic skills. He'll be some player. That said he doesn't play for us so who cares. And he's a diving ****.

Fantastic to see Sterling developing though. He's an exceptional talent! Strong, quick, direct! If he had a bit more composure 1 vs 1 he'd be deadly. Going to be some boy. Could even be better than Ruel Fox!!!!

Brendan has played a blinder with him!
A lot of people run a race to see who is fastest. I run to see who has the most guts, who can punish himself into exhausting pace, and then at the end, punish himself even more.

      sterling is coming along nicely.

that januzaj is what i would imagine a younger suarez to be like. he will be very decent. sooner he sacks them ****s off the better.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I think what helps Januzaj’s case is he stands out more in a team of mediocrity (he has carried them at times and again made a big difference yesterday) whereas Sterling can only play a supporting role to S&S most games.

        Both very good footballers though.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

In what games? I think he has much chance as being the next Nani than the next ronaldo at this stage, Has only played 18 games but for me he has skill but constantly makes poor decisions, has a poor shot, looks weak on the ball...Don;t see it at all with this kid bar the odd flash of brilliance.

Most time I've seen him. Think it was West Ham in particular that he was untouchable. Granted it was just highlights.

I didn't see Nani at that age... But then I've always thought he was your typical alright player. Not great but not ****. It's my opinion but if I had to put a bet on 'Will Januzaj be better than Nani...?' Then I'd say yes and be all over it. If the question was will he be better than Ronaldo then I'd say obviously no... Because bar Suarez and Messi I don't think there is a player since Zidane who is near his level.

He could fade into obscurity but I think he'll be good. Probably Van Persie good as opposed to Suarez, Aguero, Hazard, Ronaldo good.

He looks very good to me. if still overhyped (not his fault). They are massively overplaying him though, and far too reliant on him already. I think he's going to burn out and get a long term injury before the season is over. Seen it happen with Rooney and Wilshere etc.

How so? I would argue if anything they are underplaying him, much to the detriment of the team.

He's had 10 league starts this year, the same as Flanno.

Surprised by that. Every time I seem to watch one of their games he seems to be playing. I'd say that's sensible on their part and not underplyaing him. They do seem laughably reliant on him though. He seems to be absolutely fundamental to them breaking teams down. It'd be like us being massively reliant on Sterling. He's awesome but he's just another cog in the wheel for us really

I have to say to be fair to Moyes, he has did what he can to spare him. He has tried resting him on plenty of occasions only to bring him on when they are struggling, which is very often.

Probably one of the reason they signed Mata, who has relegated him to the bench for the last 3 games.

I only know this **** because I have the wee f*cker in my FF team and he’s too cheap to transfer out. Every time I think he’s a cert to start, I get shafted.

there young stars will start taking the tony le T route of fading into oblivion as its destroyed many a young talent having that pressure on you.

When Scum were good look how they integrated the likes of Ronaldo in, often coming on when a couple of goals up and no pressure......funnily enough its what we can do now

TBF Ronaldo's first season was quite similar to Januzaj's in terms of appearances. Bar the first match against Bolton (I think) and maybe the City game that year, he also didn't have the luxury of coming off the bench to a game that was already won by this stage of the season.

They play in different positions so you cannot really compare them like for like.

With that said "Boy Wonder" is technically more polished and more dangerous from the distance but Sterling is faster, defensively superior, more physical and moves with and without ball better.

Both good prospects and it will be interesting how they will continue to improve over time.

It sounds like Sterling is a better team player while "Boy Wonder" is more of a luxury player.

Actually growing into a real player right in front of our eyes.

If he had the ability to get shots away as he approached the box/final ball etc, there's no limit to how far the lad could go in the game. Hopefully will come in time, but if he worked on those weapons in his locker, he'd potenitally develop into proper world class.
