I still think Januzaj is on a different level, despite Sterling's form of late. I feel Januzaj has much better technique (not a slight on Sterling who has very good technique, and of course that being less technical than Januzaj is nothing to be ashamed of) and is more intelligent - he contributes more to the build up play, has greater link-up ability and sees a pass better

I think Januzaj has better skillz than Sterling but Sterling has more pace, awareness, team ethic, better maturity, positional strength, physical strength, fitness and is a better dribbler.

As Januzaj gets found out and muscled out he'll fade, similarly to Sterling's first foray in to the first team. Let's see how he bounces back from that because Sterling just gets stronger and stronger
