Oh to be a Real Madrid scout.. the easiest job in the world. But yeah usually if they want someone.. they'll eventually get them & all the more easier if we keep on struggling. Zoink!

We'll sell him for £75m and then re-invest in a bunch of £20m players and dilute the desire even further, whilst LFC TV ask them cringeworthy questions about how ****ing wankworthy it is to breath the air at Anfield.
or... the press can **** off the phone tapping cunts and do something useful with their worthless paparazzi lives.
Or..I can have a mini tantrum on the internet and **** all will happen..
choices....

Liverpool FC's Brendan Rodgers convinced Sterling will pen lucrative new deal
Sep 25, 2014 22:30 By James Pearce
Winger will be rewarded for stunning progress with big pay rise
The England international is in line for a major pay rise on his current basic salary of £30,000 per week and Rodgers is confident he will put pen to paper over the coming months.
“There are ongoing talks between the owners and myself regarding contracts for a number of players,” Rodgers told the ECHO.
“With Raheem we are relaxed where we’re at with him.
“The club are dealing with that and I’m sure we’ll get the solution.
“He is very happy here – that’s the key thing. In time I’m sure that will be sorted.”
Rodgers believes it’s inevitable that Sterling will be linked with rival clubs considering he’s established himself as one of the most exciting young talents on the planet.
It was the Northern Irishman who handed him his first Liverpool start two years ago.
Since then he has gone on to light up the Premier League and earn nine England caps.
“You could link Raheem with every club in the world at the moment,” Rodgers said.
“I think it shows that he’s obviously playing exceptionally well.
“He’s a fantastic young talent.
“I sit easy with it. He’s a wonderful boy who is developing very well here.
“Him and his representatives know how comfortable he is here.
“I am sure at some point in the future the contract will be sorted.
“He still has three years left so there’s no rush.”
Sterling warmed up for the derby by playing the full 120 minutes of Tuesday’s dramatic Capital One Cup victory over Middlesbrough.
It was hardly ideal preparation with Rodgers admitting earlier this month he doesn’t want to over-burden the former QPR trainee.
But the manager believes Sterling will be ready to wreak havoc against the Blues.
“I’ve got no concerns,” he said.
“We gave Raheem a breather against Aston Villa because we knew he would be important for a number of games we had coming up.
“He’s a super fit boy, a beautiful young boy, and he will be relishing the game at the weekend.”Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Was very odd & highly questionable. Mebbe it was done via some scientific analysis though regarding when was best to rest him.Originally posted by marcus50bucks View PostI don't want to hear Rodgers moan about protecting Sterling again. Baffling that he rested him against Villa but plays him for the full 120 mins in a carling cup match. He was visibly tired ffs
Originally posted by Vermilion View PostI know we'd be doing the same, and do do the same to other clubs, it's just the way Madrid do it, unsettling players long before they intend to bid for them.
They are complete cunts.
Agree with the first bit defo. Hopefully he'll see that too & realise how much he's come on through Brendog's tuition. If we don't regain that fluidity though, I can see him getting frustrated.Originally posted by chadrtc View PostHe really shouldn't even consider a move to Madrid for another 4 or 5 years. Going to sit on their bench would completely stunt his development.
I don't think we have anything to worry about for at least a couple more seasons.3rd place. Worst champions ever.

He hasn't looked knackered. Outrun his marker a lot tonight. His final ball and decision making wasn't good enough though, but he's only 19. Nothing to see here.Originally posted by danperkins View Posthas looked knackered in the last two games. That 120 mins vs Boro wasn't the smartest idea. Are we winning?
