A flat 100k is more than generous......more than I'd offer TBH, but its on the edge of being realistic in football's mad world.
He'll probably be off to London etc sooner or later if he continues developing anyway, but his agent, and ultimately him, are completely off their rocker if they refuse in a game of brinkmanship.

Its isn't though - The club are only offering performance related deals now, so its doubtful if he is being offered £100k, £80k or even £60k flat. I think the agents are looking at the TV deal and the flat salary on offer and saying no !

I think it's a temptation for Sterling as well, but I think he'll miss out in terms of development and he won't find stability or suitability there. Money talks though, if he wont sign this summer, then I' consider selling in august.

If City offered 50m I'd bite their hands off for it. You could replace him with a better/more consistent player for that kind of money.
