If he doesn't want to go he needs to hand in a transfer request and give up his loyalty bonus, and a deal needs to be close to being done. Otherwise he goes on the tour and does as he is told while the club are paying his wages.

Disappointed at his leaving which I am sure is inevitable now. It will be a big loss for us from a footballing perspective in the next 2-3 years.
However, only aspect I don't agree with several posters is that all of this issues are entirely due to his agent. He is 20 years old, not 8. All of this is happening because he wants it.Comment
