I think Suarez is really impatient with him. Don't like the way he huffs and puffs every time Sterling doesn't play a pass to him exactly when Suarez wants it. Its just a bit silly when the lad is 17.

Foreigners who have limited english tend to use a lot more body language than the other players to try and get their point across. I wouldn't read too much into it. Sterling's also aware of this.Originally posted by clanhuman View PostI think Suarez is really impatient with him. Torres, although to a lesser extent was similar when he first arrived. With time as Suarez's english improves, he'll start cutting out all the body language and hand gestures etc.

Thats why I don't begrudge him misses here and there. Yeah we may be losing points because of a lack of composure by young players but the experience is going to be vital in a few years. The more game time he gets you'd expect his finishing to become more composed and clinical. For what we miss now will be compensated for in the future.

Don't know what you have been smoking but you said FOREIGNERS like Suarez wave their arms as they can't communicate in English (implying if he could speak English well he wouldn't do it as he would use words instead which is a load of ****e to be honest). But he does the same arm throwing when playing for Uruguay at his team mates and they do speak the same language as him.My kebab comes with chilli sauce

Something i've picked up on too. I saw on the first half Luis Suarez was going mental at him for not passing to him when in all honesty Sterling shooting was probably the better option. The camera zoomed into Sterlings face in the replay and he looked at Suarez in the eyes as he was going mental and you can tell he was just thinking STFU but instead he looked away. That seemed to piss off Suarez more.Originally posted by BobTheCharmer View Postafter 'the goal that never was' the run from halfway line by sterling was magical. wish he'd had the belief to be greedy and not try and lay it off, it opened up for him. I wish luis would stop moaning at him also.

I think that's unrealistic, Suarez moans at everyone, and Sterling is playing in our first team, he has to be judged by the same standards as everyone else. He should have scored, no two ways about it. And he also misplaced a couple of passes when he could have put people through. However his running and effort were superb. He is going to be great, but he is still learning and he should respond to Suarez' moaning by improving even more so he can moan back.
