How I see it too mate. Would show he wanted to rebuild bridges.

Truth is though, I really cannot see this happening.

      Me neither.

Definitely can't see it happening and even if it did I'm unsure. I could write an essay on why I want him back and I could also write an essay on why I don't want him anywhere near our club.

        Meh.

I'd rather spend 20m on someone younger.

She's not younger by the way.
            .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

I have no issue with the lad himself, he ****ed up and he knows it, Bygones. But he is nearly 28 and I doubt he will ever recapture his form. Someone younger for me.

Owen's biggest problem is his body letting him down. He still knows where the goal is.

                        a few things worry me....

                        1) he's been **** for a year.....Proper ****
                        2) it's also the longest spell he's had injury free since moving to england?!
                        3) his body language and attitude just makes him look like he's so unhappy with football - i wouldn't be suprised if he wanted to quit
                        4) his now what 28?, has previous with injuries, and even though he's stayed fit for a year.....he's been ****ing terrible and there would be a worry that maybe the injuries have finished him or theres a chance they might flare up
                        5) he completley burnt his bridges here...he sulked, moaned, and just went from being a yougn boy loving his football and loving liverpool to coming across as an arrogant spoilt football thinking of himself...

£20m - no way - too much of a gamble

I'd consider £10m though, providing he did a grovelling apology and come back plea.
i own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Bring back Owen and Torres, what a pair they would make.

Having watched him a number of times and spoken to a number of Chelsea fans - his early season form was excellent, back to its best. Clearly his recent treatment by AVB has not helped his confidence

Really? He's only got 2 league goals all season. I think people wanted to believe he was, against Stoke it was like "WOW!!! He just took the ball past Ryan Shawcross, he's back!!!" but he wasnt really, he just looked decent for a few games.
