Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Looks to have found his form again.
He, Emre and Wijnaldum have gone from looking samey to being one of the most balanced looking midfields around in the space of 3 games.
The interview with him was quite telling. His position is to sit and look to stop counter attacks, so he doesn't go forward as often as the other 2, but he needs to be disciplined and he is.
Even allowing for that he could have scored 2 today.
It would be great to see him lift a trophy this year.Modifying post.

He is vastly underrated by some supporters. He is a proper centre mid, and he gives others the platform to play. Tackles,he has loads of energy and he can play a pass.
He seems to be really maturing as captain. Speaks well in interviews and always considers what he going to say, always trying to bring it back to the collective.Modifying post.

I think he's a really good player, the problem is it takes a while to get going after injury, and he's had a fair few of those over the last few years, which is probably why people are questioning him.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostStill the thirst of some Reds to get him out of the side. I think if he plays well, we play well. If we win midfield then the front three can run riot. We absolutely destroyed their midfield today the three of them JH, EC and GW were sensational.Modifying post.

Sometimes fans dig into a pre-held opinion and it clouds objectivity. IMO he's our best midfielder, my only concern is his injury record.Originally posted by Buzzo View Post
