    For what exactly?

He slagged Henderson off non stop for a few seasons.

He gave his opinion, often in a most provocative manner, and others here disagreed strongly with hin, often in an equally provocative manner.

Said it recently in a reply to him that he did raise some valid points at times, with regards to Henderson, but that the manner in which he did so pretty much removed any chance of debate.

Difficult to see whay people should be sending him apologies unless of course I missed some personal stuff being said to him.

Oh and in case I forget to say it again today, you still have a **** non beard.

Henderson seemed to hold himself to a higher moral standard more than not just other footballers, but the rest of us.

He was a visibly present supporter of equality in all its forms, he's organised his colleagues to do more and give more to society during the pandemic.

That, to me at least, was important. It was more than purely playing for my team.

So now he's basically chucked all of that into the bin and he's taking the blood money from people who he was previously vocally critical of, at least implicitly if not explicitly. He's killed his legacy.

For what, going from being able to afford a Ferrari or two per week to maybe owning his own yacht? Or is it actually for footballing reasons?

Either way, I'm really pissed off with this.

I'm ****ed off with any player or manager going to the middle east to be the face of a sportwashing project. But with Henderson, it is much worse.

    That's a good post.

Honest and emotionally open. Longer posts suit you, Dom.

As for Henderson. He was a great captain for us but ended his time with us showing he is quite hypocritical.

Well at least we don't have to look at those cringey muscle vids with inspirational quotes anymore. That's a win for humanity.

I really hope Bootroom takes the chance now to become a real poster who interacts properly and not use every opportunity to rant about Henderson. I’ve no idea if it was a wind up or serious but it was genuinely cringey. As we are having a fresh midfield start let’s hope we get the same from Bootroom

Bit disappointed in the rumours Klopp made a last minute attempt to keep him.

Hopefully the suits see fit to replace him.
