Just got back from Singapore, and our company employs a local travel firm to provide drivers from the airport. My driver today was Keith Bertschin, played for Ipswitch, Birmingham, Stoke and Sunderland in the 70's and 80's, then went into coaching. He told me loads of stories... When he played against Liverpool in the late 70's, and Tommy Smith holding a grudge against him after a coming together, and delivering retribution the next season , Coaching Andy Robertson at Hull, and coaching a young Jordon Henderson at Sunderland. Apparently he was a great athelete even back then, and would ask to join the reserves training after the first team finished theres... Some cracking stories, and a real gent to boot
