It's a dumb process, the simple act of charging the player is in definition him been found guilty as charged. The only reason they ask the player if they'd like to appeal is so they can pay 3 more jumped up pricks to watch a few replays then agree with their buddies who have already rubber stamped the guilty verdict.

I wouldnt be surprised if they throw another game ban on for the instagram post. Although the fact that there is no caption / words to accompany it might make it hard for them to prove that he was referring to the FA.......
