He's bought a lot of players who were not an improvement on what we already had and we have stagnated around 6th or 7th place since 2010 (apart from 2013/2014)

Now that figure doesn't include player sales but nevertheless it's still a massive amount of money and we are no better off than when he joined us. I mean we might have been better off using that money on a new stadium the good it has done us.
We have spent alot of money and really haven't improved on where we were when he came in (1 good season aside).

While I feel a little sorry for him as it is difficult to build a side when you have to sell your best players (Suarez and Sterling). I can't help but feel we have wasted much of that money. If you look through his signings who do you think we could make a profit on? For me only Coutinho, Sturridge and Gomez are worth more than we paid for them, potentially Clyne and Can too but the vast majority of the others are worth much less than we paid for them. Now I don't like looking at things in this way but wasn't the general consensus that FSG wanted to bring players in and add value - for me many of these players haven't added value to the team nor would they turn a profit if sold.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

i hated him before i was born

never been on board with his slick sales pitch. yes, he has had his moments, but with suarez and sturridge in full flight even pardew or pulis would have looked like the second coming of the messiah.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

This is what she thinks of Brendan:

He’s here! I *know* he’s here! That’s him, I’m telling you that’s him! You hear me? I’m telling you it’s *Keyser Soze*!

Anyone seen that 180 page document abut how to play football?

Think I have denied a couple of times being Chris Bascombe, whilst writing reviews of football matches is appealling I struggle to write so many words to expand on the analysis. For instance my match report yesterday would have read "****ing ****e" whilst last week's would have read "Complete bollocks"

Have also denied being John Barnes and Jamie Carragher also

He's being so ridiculed now that I actually want more than ever for him to turn this around. I can't stand him but he's our manager.

Just play ****ing two up top ffs. Benteke and Ings with firmino/coutinho behind pulling the strings. Milner, Henderson and Can can surely muster up some sort of understandin resembling a midfield.

Nothin to lose now Brendan. Our form and stats are shocking. 2 goals in 5 games ffs

Sorry 3 in 5 but two were out of the ordinary and one was illegal

It comes with age, it comes to most of us......but I know it won't be permanent for me. A new manager, a new approach and I'll be reinvigorated. But **** me it's soul destroying at the moment.
When I watched the game yesterday, there was no anger, no emotions, nothing.

As much as I wanted Brendan to leave in the summer, I feel a little bit sad for him. He is not a bad coach. He may not be at the level needed to coach LFC, but his ideas of playing the game are not bad for middle level club.

If he continues, all the failures of this season are on FSG. Now i see some people getting all personal with him in their attacks - teeth, his personal live. He should never have been put in this position. Last season completely broke him. His confidence, convictions are gone and that is being reflected in the football.

Completely agree mate. I take no pleasure in wanting him out. None whatsoever.

I've tried to avoid being negative but that team selection baffles me - it would have been adventurous if we'd been the home team. Surely we should have started with the team we ended with and brought on more attacking players if we were chasing the game. Worrying and makes me think that maybe his critics are right.

If Lecter is right, and he has been so far, then surely now Rodgers will panic for his job, fall into a formation luckily and we'll go on a decent winning run?

Ironically, this might just be the best time to watch us. Not holding my breath though, I think getting Klopp in now might be a better idea.

I say adventurous, because surely the idea was that the front three would suddenly play like Suarez, Sturbridge and Sterling and put us three up in the first twenty minutes, rather than end up being totally overrun and leaving us unable to get the ball. It reminded me of me trying to play a strategy game...
