That there had been such hope not so long ago makes it all the worse. Its the contrasts, its pretty hard to keep watching.

The fact that all that potential was ruined with **** decisions and inertia is ****ing depressing

I stayed in work late instead of watching the game Rodgers

Absolutely, but objectively this has happened before and we never stopped watching then. No disrespect but I do think personal dislike of the character is exacerbating your feelings about this, wanting him sacked sure but pretty much hating him is not healthy. It should never be so much about "him" over "them" or "it" no matter what.

To be fair he has been off his cunt and had the kids pram lifted from the front door step so anything else is a come down.

You cruel person, I'm stuck with them thanks to Riggins 44, trouble is I can't see them getting to 4-4 for a long time.

As for Brendan, I see nothing that gives me hope that we can return to the top with him as manager. Uninspiring, insipid, hapless. Can see Norwich winning to be honest.

Oh I agree with that too. Why Ings has not been played in a two upfront system (that Sturridge could then slot into in his place if/when fit) I cannot understand.

4 at the back, 2 upfront, fit the rest in between

Yup think everyone wants 4-4-2. Benteke & Ings up top would be very interesting. Someone that works hard and has good movements would be great foil for Benteke. I'm not a huge fan of Ings but we are crying out for 2 up top. Every game our striker whomever it may be, looks so isolated. It must be incredibly frustrating.

True. But 'killing my love for the game' ?

The game doesn't owe us beautiful football and consistent success.

Not much of a love is it?

Still, that probably sounds pedantic. I think we can all agree it's all gone a bit rubbish.

I like this competition, but couldn't be arsed watching it tonight. I suppose a draw away from home is a decent result. The game against Norwich is a bigger occasion than we would normally expect it to be. There's going to be a lot of pressure on the manager and the team. If we don't get an early goal it will be very tense. I'm not enjoying watching us at the moment, we need a fresh approach and we're just waiting for that to happen.

I didn't watch a single minute of the game and low and behold I went and thoroughly enjoyed my evening. **** football.

Why all this unconditional love for the club? What has it done for you? You pay rip off prices to be entertained. If you're not entertained and you know you're not going to be then why waste your money?

                                ??

I dont spend money to support Liverpool. Spending the money is an unfortunate by product.
