Liverpool have won 28, lost 20 & drawn 18 out of the last 66 games. An Everton manager would get sacked with that record. #LFC

          Absolutely shocking statistic

Wow. I just hope this is done asap, the fans as well as the team just need this change to happen.

That averages about 1.5 points per game.
                Hello mert.

I also think that subconsciously, to a far lesser extent no less, we seek excitement in the form of a new manager and new revolution as some form of compensation for the lack of excitement on the pitch.

If any manager at this club has us hovering in and around CL qualification after a good stint, he'll be come under severe pressure as we seek yet another adrenalin hit elsewhere (manager turnaround).

                  It appeases us I suppose.

Note I did say that this is to a lesser extent. The run of results and other related issues, which are well documented on this site and others, are undoubtedly the main reason why Brendan's under so much pressure now, but I do feel that any manager here is going to have his work cut out unless he achieves the impossible.

No good at all... Though I disagree about Everton, they'd probably see that as successful, Martinez survived last year with more losses than wins!
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
                        Mine angry and defrauded young?

James Pearce and Jay Riley discuss the Rodgers situation. Whilst Pearce says fsg don't want to sack Rodgers he does think October will be a critical month.

I believe regardless of the Villa result, the wheels are in motion and he'll be gone before the derby.

Still can't believe he wasn't sacked in the summer! FSG ****ed up big time there.

I think he'll be gone shortly after the Villa game too.
