Yep, he was manager of the year only a few months ago, but he doesn't like to talk about it.

This ones on Rodgers it's as simple as that I don't care what excuses people wish to make. It's plain to see the balance of the team is lost with Gerrard in midfield with Lucas but our manager just doesn't have the balls to start him more often on the bench. It's sad to say but he stunk the place out today and imo is being shoehorned over what is right for the team. We played so well against Swansea so there was no need to make changes except for those forced on him. Like I said should we not get fourth I want him gone.

Maybe a bit ott He's far from the best in the league.

Did you watch the whole Swansea game? No other manager in the league given the same set of players that Rodgers had would have got that performance. And Rodgers can do this on a constant basis but for his one mental issue.

Gerrard in for a home game against the team at the bottom of the table isn't some left field decision of doing the opposite to what we did against Swansea. It was a tweak to ensure squad fitness.
I saw Warnock (yes the fired one) make our midfield look like a bunch of cnuts. There was one common denominator. I was speaking from experience not melodrama.

The only 'easy' games for Gerrard to play in are cup ones (mainly because I don't care if we win or lose them).

Today was a massive chance to make up ground, with the way the other results went, and surprise - we didn't manage it. Henderson offered so much in central midfield against Swansea that he would have been undroppable if player other than Gerrard was available. It was a poor decision. It was a poor decision bringing on Borini instead of Markovic, it was a poor decision to take off Lucas instead of Gerrard. Gerrard is a millstone that is holding the whole squad back.

Liverpool will not get that top 4 place because they haven't got it in them to put together a run of results that will get them there. This might change if Sturridge comes back, but it just seems grasping to put all those hopes on him.

if he actually said that then

if your not disappointed to drop a two goal lead to the bottom of the table side at home then your not the manager we need.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I'm officially calling off our chances of a top 4 and hope Spurs and Arsenal stop manure from getting it too.
