I wanted him to have another season but I don't see how any manager can survive this. What sickens me though is that the players appear to be playing to get him sacked, which says very little for their own character or bottle for a fight. Any new manager needs rid of loads of these.

Agreed, plus while the romantic notion doesnt usually apply I think he's mental enough to be in to something like that, seems the sort. If he was that desperate for Chelsea, City types he'd have been theres years ago.

Yeah he's coming from a club similar, he loves the romantics of it all. He's made for us. This is a great chance to get someone like him.

Either way, a decision should be made very soon. I've still got faith in Rodgers (possibly blind faith) but this is going to be a big summer for our club. We need at least three top class players (spine of our team) and some of the younsters to step up. We also need a rethink in terms of our philosophy (on and off the field).
