Was fantastic & a great insight into a great man

Lasted about 2 hours - will post a few more details in the morning but his tactical insight & analysis of Istanbul was incredible

Good wasn't it, I really enjoyed it

Was nearly in tears when he walked out haha, everyone gave him a standing ovation and started singing the Rafa song. It was time for him to go under the circumstances but god I miss him. Such a genuine, humble man. He's funny too

I wondered about the quote "I will wait 3 years, 5 years, 10 years. I want to manage Liverpool again. After Kenny retires", is Rafa suggesting that he doesn't want to take another manager job untill ours become available? Or just that he really would like it back at some point?

It's not really going to help him doing no manager job for the next 5 years in terms of getting the job, so I was a bit confused at that - but a lot is lost when written instead of heard.

Whether FSG would choose him or not I don't know. They seem a perfect match though what with the painstaking attention to detail/stats etc.

No his team is actively looking for a new 'project' he said

He's had offers from China, Mexico & Russia but it's a premiership job he's after
