While Kenny's here there's no chance Rafa's going to be back sadly. Love both men to bits, so Kenny has to stay IMO. If things don't turn out good and Rafa fancies a challenge then why not but I doubt he's ever going to come back. So many cunts who don't want him back at the club.
Are we winning?

Respect the opinion!
Ok, for me
Tactics and preparation
Attention to detail
Ability to spot a signing (some argue this was mixed, I'd argue he provided us with the best spine of a team we have had since the 80's)
Ability to compete in adversity / on a budget
Dispassionate decision making
Proven ability in knockout football - you can criticise for the league, but we tolled the highest points total in our history under Rafa
A long term vision in terms of style and tactics
Recognition that something isn't working - Morientes / Keane
Subscription to the cause - he's a fighter
Dignified
Ability to handle pressure
Understanding LFC, the fans and what is most important to us
Adaptation and invention - spotting abilities in players they often didn't realise they had themselves
Vision
He had his faults obviously, but his strengths were fantastic.
He lifted us to a different level, I am dumbfounded that some Liverpool fans didn't rate him. I remember reading an article in an Irish paper that said LFC fans would look back on Rafa's management as a golden period. It was scoffed at by some, but ****ing hell, I would take back those days in a heartbeat over a Carling Cup.

Fair enough, but I think basically all those boxes should apply to any top manager (well perhaps not the LFC one), and I think our current manager ticks them all more or less as well. I was asking because I somewhat expected to get a list that you can't really disagree about, and therefore it's hard to choose a manager from the criterieas. No manager is perfect, all have their strenght and weaknesses.Originally posted by Daniel 7 View PostRespect the opinion!

Personally I would have far less boxes to tick, and give room for the manager to show his own strenght and weaknesses and given the same amount of time as Rafa I think a lot of top managers, including Kenny, could achieve much the same in terms of number of trophies with us.
