Can we blame Hodgson's archaic training methods on this one?

He wasn't playing anyway, so it's OK. We've got Loucas and little Joe to cover.
        Are we winning?

Hope in our CC game we get to see Suso play from a deeper role and maybe do well enough to take Can’s place on the bench for cover in midfield. Obviously still got Allen, Lallana, Lucas and Coutinho ahead of him for that 3rd midfield spot, but I’d like to see him at least tried there before we let him go.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Think Can isn't up to scratch on the physical side yet. He looks a potential world beater in U21 matches, but he's looked a bit sluggish on his Premier League cameos up to now. That might be one of the reasons he's picking those niggly injuries.

At worst, we'll send him on loan next season. Not to worry.

Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

This is a joke right? He hasn't even played a full game for LFC yet. He handled the bundesliga fine, so its not just an u 21 thing. You can clearly see in that video where he rolls his ankle anf hence the injury. Nothing to do with this 'not bring up to the physical side' theory.

I lose track of Nigey's new found "sarcastic" / wind-up posts to be honest. Think this could be part of his new persona.

Wonder how much worse it got with him playing the last 10 min of the game. They had used all their subs, but they were 6-0 up when he got injured. It's not like they were going to lose by playing with 10 men for the rest of the game.

I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

The German revealed to the Liverpool Echo that he should be fit and available for the Reds’ clash against QPR.

Can told the Liverpool Echo: “I’m feeling much better and I should be back in full training with the first team next week,

“I got a blow on the ankle first of all and then when I was running at pace I tried to turn and went over on it.

“It’s been frustrating but that’s what happens in football and you have to get on with it. I’m confident I can come back stronger from this.

“I should be fit and available for the QPR game but of course whether I play any part in that game is down to the coach and how I get on in the training sessions next week.”

Good news. He can also do a job at centre back if we continue to be short in that department.
