He can become special, very very good for someone so young.

    1st leg nailed it.

2nd leg, with a bit of help from Milly bossed the line and did his job.

****ing well done, Clyne has a fight on his hands.

Those that killed her, were following the law.

He's going to be a legend here. Lightyears ahead of the £50m bum that will start at right back for England in the World Cup, technically and mentally.

he was under so much pressure last night, but only once or twice did sane manage to go around the outside. he has good support from midfield so trent stood slightly wider to prevent the outside route and then the midfielder [was it oxlade or milner] helped close the inside route.
well drilled defensive performance, and rode our luck too.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Because if he does not, he will lose his place and end up playing for Hereford United

Quite amazing how the pundits are starting to talk about BOTH of our fullbacks on the back of the games against City (last night it was Ray Parlour & Stuart Pearce's turn)

For me both TAA & Robertson have been performing well for months

And before he got injured Gomez was also fantastic.

The entire narrative on our defending seems to be changing.

                        VVD has made a difference.

                        Karius has made a difference.

But the 2 full backs have definitely made a huge difference to the shape of our play going forward and backwards. Finally we’ve got guys on both sides who understand what is expected of them.

Other than the odd goal here and there we’ve been pretty solid at the back for months.

I also add more solidity in midfield with Phil out of the team. I mean just look at the yards Milner put in the other night, Phil wasn't shy of a tackle but he was never going to produce a last body on the line game like Milner and Oxlade-Chamberlain did either.

That's true - we look more solid in midfield without Phil. I guess the downside is that when teams park the bus we look a bit clueless at times without Phil.

Hopefully Keita will sort that problem out.
