nobody even tried to beat him in the air. people have figured him out quick, they all chase his knockdowns instead of bothering.

Anyways just wait until he gets some match fitness cause his ball distribution will be much, much better once adjusts to his new teammates.

I thought we never should have sold Crouch to be honest because he added that different option to the Liverpool team when we needed it. This is why I'm glad we have Carroll. He adds more to the team and allows us to play with different styles. I think he's already better than Crouch and more of a nightmare for defender's. He can only get better.

as long as we dont start just pumping balls up to him. we did have a tendancy to do that to Crouch at times. though not crouches fault it is a bit limiting.

He starts most games I think. And Spurs are doing much better than us these days. If anything he has progressed his career since leaving us.
