If thats how Luis felt absoloutley, his only error was telling Kenny he would shake hands.Originally posted by dom9 View PostDo you guys think it was a good idea for Suarez not to shake the hand?
If it was me i would have ****ted Evra rather than shaken his hand, he is a proven liar.

He has been disgracefully hypocritical and opportunistic. In fact I think it's quite clear he lied in the post match interview as well when he claimed he talked to Evra that morning and supposedly he asked him if he was going to shake Suarez' hand, Evra replied "I have nothing to be ashamed of, I'm going to keep my dignity" - what a load of ****in bollox. It's clearly bollox cos why would he ask him IF he was going to shake Suarez' hand???Originally posted by S-RED View PostFFS that makes me so angry, HOW DARE FERGISCUM denounce Luis. I sincerely hope that Ferguson's cuntishness both in public and behind the scenes in all this comes into the spotlight some day.Felching ≠ Gerbilling

So it's fine to let personal feelings get in the way of professionalism.
Say you had a boss at work that you really didn't like. Would you call him a cunt to his face, or would you turn up and do what you have to do until something better came along?
Like I said, there is a context here. We're all sick of this. We're all still talking about it. A handshake would have put an end to it.Oh I don't know.

I think you need the context of this, being accused of being a racist is horrendous & Luis rightly feels agrieved; why the **** would he want to shake the hand of his lying accuser. this is way beyond disliking your boss & has been played out in front of millions; not just someone having the hump with their boss.Last edited by S-RED; 14-02-12, 12:05 AM.

No, the point is that for once, why don't we take responsibility for our actions. Sure, the mancs, the FA and Evra stink, terribly. But a handshake would have shown him to be the better man.Originally posted by JHP View PostThe point is not whether or not he should have shaken hands. Fergie & the media were hysterical which is hypocritical in light of that video.
It has made everything worse still.
I understand that, but I refer you to the above answer. It hasn't helped anyone, and it has made things worse.Originally posted by S-RED View PostI think you need the context of this, being accused of being a racist is horrendous & Luis rightly feels agrieved; why the **** would he want to shake the hand of his lying accuser. this is way beyond disliking your boss & has been played out in front of millions; not just omeone having the hump with their boss.
Sometimes, I think we need to accept that.Oh I don't know.

Perhaps to Suarez that was "validation" of "guilt" and hence the refusal.Originally posted by dom9 View PostNo, the point is that for once, why don't we take responsibility for our actions. Sure, the mancs, the FA and Evra stink, terribly. But a handshake would have shown him to be the better man.

I wouldn't be surprised if he had honest intentions (I don't think for a moment this was all premeditated as why would he lie to Kenny the only man that openly defended him through all this) to shake his hand but once he found himself in that position he just couldn't do it.Member #1 of the Luis Suarez fan club

But it doesn't make his actions in this specific case the correct ones. And yes, hindsight is wonderful.Oh I don't know.

Sorry but i back Luis 99% his only error of judgement was telling people within LFC that he would shake his hand.
I was talking to someone today & we both commented that Luis & pepe were last out of the changing room; which wasn't the norm. Pepe is normally 2nd out, so they must have known before Luis wasn't going to shake his hand; this & only this was his error. LFC should never have stated handshakes were going to happen & instead taken the QPR route & stated that it is up to the player. AT this point the FA would have **** themselves & cancelled any handshake. This would have ended any issue. THat added to the 24hr FERGISCUM news channel being told to **** right off (obviously) !!!!!!!!!!!!!
