Surely that's a load of ****e. I've repeatedly said Lucas shouldn't and won't be sold but if the bid is that much then we'd be mad not to. Reckon it's fantasy though.

Too early to write him off. Has looked decidedly off the pace in the few games we've seen him in, but haven't seen enough IMO
Think if he is sold, it's because injuries have taken their toll and BR and trainers see much more of him week in week out than we do
If he could get back to pre injury fitness/ability, I'd keep him all day longI saw a dead fish on the pavement and thought "what did you expect?"
There's no water round here stupid, should have stayed where it was wet

Cant see him getting back to pre injury level. Too much was expected of him after 2 bad injuries when rodgers took over. In Rodgers' first season Lucas was playing with little fitness but having to do so much work
I dont see where he fits in now. Even as cover for Gerrard, he cant control possession or pass like him, nor tackle like that either
Been a great servant but I wouldnt be against moving him on

He made 27 appearance for us in the league this season. About 20 of which were startsOriginally posted by Fierce View PostToo early to write him off. Has looked decidedly off the pace in the few games we've seen him in, but haven't seen enough IMO
And 26 the previous one too.
He first did his acl in 11/12. He then had that thigh injury that kept him out for a while last year, and the acl injury again this Christmas. I don't think he's looked quite the same player since the first one however (ie. basically under Rodgers), and we've actually seen plenty of him since then. He looked rusty when he came back for the last few games this year but most people are basing their judgements on the last 2 seasons I think, not that handful of games.I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
Mine angry and defrauded young?

its fair to assume that lucas is on a decline. agger when fit is class, but how much will he continue to be fit...
as a young lad i was shocked to see players like tommy smith, emlyn hughes, etc moved on. they seemed to be long serving legends who were still first team regulars...
a good manager needs to also have a ruthless streak and think of the best for the team, always looking to replace the weaker links.removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I would have guessed at less than 10
Not sure if that means I haven't noticed him, or haven't noticed him being particularly ****

Ha ha go on Lucas lad!
That told him didn't it. Clearly been following James Blunt on twitter then judging by that response.
Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

Always, keep your face to the sun, and shadows will fall behind you.
