For those people missing skippy, he did a little bounce/half skip right before the shot for his first goal. Can see it on the match of the day highlights http://www.lfc.vn/motd1/motd-liverpo...8/#prettyPhoto

I think it is hard to know if it has been badly handled unless we know what the terms of engagement are. It is possible that Henderson wants guarantees or money that we aren't in a position to provide.Originally posted by Rich View PostHis contract situation has been badly handled by the club but I see a player that realises his importance to the club and appreciates the club and the fans.
We make a fair and reasonable offer and I'm 100% sure he'll sign the new contract.
...unless Rodgers accepts the City job and takes Hendo with him...
I'm going to chose to trust the club as in general over the last few years we seem to have upped our organizational and planning game."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

Supposedly;Originally posted by Paddy View PostPerhaps waiting till Gerrard leaves, in terms of wages structure, that might change, as no one is gonna be on as big as wages as he was.
Been offered a very good deal, but there's an argument that he's the finished article as opposed to a work in progress and so deserves a bigger wage. Have to say, he's done himself no harm with his recent displays...........Forwards.......

This seems to be a common theme with a lot of our contract negotiations if rumours are to be believedOriginally posted by DannyMan2006 View PostSupposedly;

Have to say, he's done himself no harm with his recent displays...........It's ok to have a structure in place but it can't hold us back from progressing, Henderson and Sterling should be central to our plans going forward along with Phil, Sturridge, Can and Sakho. Spurs have tight wage structure in place, that will probably keep them from challenging for the title.Originally posted by Lecter View PostThis seems to be a common theme with a lot of our contract negotiations if rumours are to be believed* The above is posted in my opinion. There has to be a worry/chance that these players, no matter how much we think they love it here, are biding their time till summer, just to see what transpires.
Do people think Hendo or Sterling would say no to City or Chavski ?
I'm far from certain tbh. I'd like to think they would, especially Hendo as he seems to be a decent bloke with his feet on the ground, but we also have to remember that this is their football career, not a fan living out their dream playing for a favourite club.
So it's a possibility really.
EDit: Tbh, what chance Citeh wanting BR in the summer?
EDIT: oK i'm gonna shut up now, or i'll talk myself into a scenario of being left with only the reserves and heap of money and no manager!

A genuine possibility IMO, they aren't from Liverpool, they don't have any special attachment to the club besides having played for it. If another club comes in with a better offer plus regular trophies and CL I think they'll have decision to make and it wouldn't be straightforward.
