If FSG are trying to run this club like a real business then it would be insanity to give this manager anymore money. 3 years and over 200 million spent and today we had no strikers worth the name, a very average midfield and a still dodgy defence.

If Klopp, De Boer or someone of that ilk are available then pull the trigger ASAP.

With Rafa, Klopp, Blanc (supposedly) and Ancelotti (possibly) available this summer, I'd say it's not worth giving Rodgers another year. Rafa and Klopp are 2 most would probably want and are realistic targets. They won't be available next summer so time to cash Rodgers chips early and have a punt on someone else.

I'd say Man city will go for Ancelotti if Guardiola stays. Seeing as Bayern lost again today it's possible they'll show him the door.
