I think FSG will give him another year but I'm coming to the conclusion that he probably doesn't deserve one.

The only way he's leaving is if we get Klopp.

Otherwise we just need to spend the summer focusing on getting the right players in. Every manager we have had over the last 25 years has made **** signings but atleast Brendan is good at developing players and usually we play good football. We nearly won the league last season ffs. Im happy to give him another season as he is a good head coach. We just need to bring someone in to help his with transfers

1 manager in 3. Anyway, that's not a reason to keep him.

I'm at the point now where I'll be completely gutted if he stays.

Terrible reason to keep him. I all done with him. Out the door please.

I've come to the conclusion that he'll be here next season. There's nothing, not even a cum drop to suggest he's going. Everyone's saying he's staying.

As to whether I think he should stay, I'm not optimistic about the future, given we're staffed with infants at most levels of the club.

He'll get another season and if we flop again he'll be sacked and rightly so.

The problem with that is there's a few top class managers looking for jobs this summer. They won't be next summer.

I think he'll get to Xmas to prove he's the man. I don't think he'll be here after December. 3 years is already more than enough IMO.

I'd be interested to see the win percentage with, and without, Stevie G in the side. This seasons Gerrard has been a shadow of his former self. I miss the old Gerrard.

I have nothing to add on the manager, but I suspect (only a suspicion and a feeling) that Ayre has too much influence at our club. I would want a new chief exec to come in as well.

I think last season really ****ed him up. Coming so close and losing it the way we did.

Yup, he should be on commercial duties alone. There's no coherence or consistence to our strategy.
                          3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Before us his main footballing experience was Huddersfield, now he's running the club, I think he's also learning on the job and should be replaced along with the manager. If kept on then only in his original role in marketing.

This is the crux of it, its the summer for stick or twist, if we ponder/dither (which we will...) next summer there could well be no obvious candidates..

We came close under Houllier in 02, ****ed it up that summer and had ****e following season. We decided to give him another one and it was worse. Conversely we came close under Rafa, had a ****e summer and ****e following season so sacked him and still went backwards. We **** it up regardless of choices we make.
