I personally think fsg have made things difficult for themselves by not appointing a new manager in the summer. Many fans said the pressure will be on Rodgers as soon as we lose a game and that's been the case. They now need to decide whether sacking a manager mid-season is the right thing to do, given that a new manager will have to work with the previous managers signings and knowing that it is difficult to sign players in January. Fsg have judged this one wrong imo.

The entire sequence of events was so predictable.

Rodgers would change system back to 4-3-3 and revert back to his favourite players

He would buy players that don't suit that system

It would go to ****, he would persist woth players and formation for too long much to the teams detriment

Fans would be on his back very quickly

He would change system (this will happen soon), favourites will be evicted from team, results will pick up but performance levels won't increase massively

Brendan will hail his own tactical genius and the outstanding performances of his players, things will implode and we will start the cycle again

This is how it is under Brendan

I've drank yeungling, bud light, Sam Adams, ipa, Guinness, Heineken and some others. I've settled on Miller light. Got a nice taste for it over last few days but I wouldn't go near it at home.

I've drank yeungling, bud light, Sam Adams, ipa, Guinness, Heineken and some others. I've settled on Miller light. Got a nice taste for it over last few days but I wouldn't go near it at home.

He's had at least four months too long already. This was the danger of sticking with him, the pressure will be immense now.

I'm actually not sure about that.

From all appearances Rodgers doesn't give a crap when we lose. He's a snake oil salesman who's slick pitter patter conned a bunch of rich Americans with very little footballing knowledge into giving him a job he's nowhere near up to doing.

Expectations for the rest of this season are close to zero for me

I don't give any more of a **** what he thinks than he would about what I think.

Although I say that without knowing what their front page looks like. I could be swayed if it looked a bit new and a bit fresh.
