So what if some people are on a downer after 4 wins in 15 games or whatever? Its legitimate reason to feel pissed off with the manager, especially after they look no different after spending yet another fortune on players.

Its plain to see that the players (other than Lovren) aren't the problem.

I get this but surely we have to differentiate between this season and the ones before because he's now got the players in he wanted. That's not to say we should ignore previous seasons but it should temporarily shift the frame of reference a bit (sorry couldn't think of a less **** way of expressing that)

It might be the same manager but we've got new players and new backroom staff. We haven't been great so far but nobody was calling for change after Arsenal. He's showing signs of similar failings but he should still have a chance to prove he can learn the lessons from last season.

I get that but we keep having to buy 7 or 8 players every summer cos the previous bunch were so **** and he has to take responsibility for that. His thinking seems muddled to me.
