Doubt he means the owners, even if they do want him out. He could easily mean the media and fans who have been vocal of late.

He's not wrong though, and he'd do well to do as he says. Head down and get on with the job of winning and shut people up that way.

And there are those that do within the club...he should shut the hell up and not bring up these issues....if he feels like there are people against him then he should shut up or walk.
