Why did Moores decide to sell the club?

Sick and ****ing tired of hearing how we have got to do it 'right'. We were in a fantastic position in 2005 having won the CL and needed a cash rich owner or investor to take us to that next level, ie a new stadium and bringing in the next level of players to take us forward. That is the bottom line and you are utterly deluded to think otherwise.

Infact, if you think like that would we just not have been better off with Moores? At least we would only use our own means and who knows what we would have achieved by now.

The fact of the matter is that FSG thought it was perfectly acceptable for the Swansea manager, who had only one season in the top league under his belt, and the Wigan manager, whose primary accomplishment seemed to be escaping self-inflicted relegation battles, to be the two leading contenders for the manager of 5 time European champions. That's extremely ominous for any future changes they'd make.

After Monday nights defeat a mate posted his disgust on facebook, several LFC fans replied all moaning about the result and performance. Then a neutral fan also replied to the post and it all went quiet. His reply "One mid table team loses to another mid table team. Big deal!"

        Times have changed folks.

There's an enormous difference between getting a sugar daddy and getting someone in who could get us an increased capacity stadium as part of a self-sustainable club.

We don't spend money like a midtable club though.

No, but we don't spend it like a top 3 club either. When you total up our average match day squad and compare it to the top 3 or 4 clubs, we're still miles behind, but also on that basis we should be a lot closer to 4th than we are too.

I'm not suggesting we compete with United, City or Chelsea on the money front. I bet we spend more than virtually all the others though.

I'm feeling like we are damned if we do, damned if we don't. Not convinced by Rodgers but we cannot change managers again so soon.
