We look okay when we have the ball in non threatening areas but don't score many goals and look weak defensively.

It's no different to Kenny.. Who was rightly let go.

The club has fallen spectacularly since Benitez left.

But.. Rodgers / managers must be given time or there is very small chance things can change.

What top manager would come to us now?
Brendan's first 19 games produced a good deal more points than Kenny's last 19 did.

We should have gone for a 5-3-2 and allowed Coates to play in the middle. We'd have been far more solid.

        he does talk the talk.

But there's nothing to back it up.

i don't know how it's all going to work out. i'm just saying we all know how you feel now, mate

you should just make your signature "i think rodgers is **** at his job" and post a series of arrows pointing down to it every few minutes.

Its all getting very "I told you so" this whole situation.

It might not be wrong, but its just too premature for me. We haven't played enough games for people to be saying I told you so.

i meant with regard to how matador feels about the situation. not trying to tell him what to think, just trying to dave him some time.

                            Dave I love it.

Certainly would save me saying it over and over again.

I am desperate for us to succeed because I love the club. I am equally desperate foe Rodgers to succeed and be the one to take us back to where we were.

people said when Lucas came back it would change but it hasn't. Lucas is still playing his way back in but our problems go beyond the absence of one superhuman midfielder.

In my eyes they are intrinsic to Brendan Rodgers footballing philosophy.

I think at the start of the season we all thought when Lucas came back he would shore up the midfield, thing is none of us banked on Allen deteriorating so badly. IMO We need a Mascherano/De Jong/Tiote type midfielder, someone who is dogged, full of energy & presses the opposition giving them no time on the ball. Our pressing and closing down is a disgrace. It's one main thing i thought Rogers wanted us to do and i expected to see it from LFC this season, but it is non existent.

We have a better team than our results, league position & showings but at the same time we aren't exactly that good either. We have been lucky in the fact that other teams have been so inconsistent. So much work to be done, Rogers has made mistakes but he will get time to sort out the mess that if LFC. His signings have been poor IMO & if he gets it wrong again in January well.... he will be under massive pressure.
