I'd like to think that it is
Can has been a fantastic signing.....no doubt. For me he was always a brilliant signing because he is young, has pedigree and reputation back in Germany as well. If he went tits up at lfc, then we'd surely get 5 to 7 million back easily. So he was a low risk punt. Same as Moreno really.

I also think Origi will become a top player for us as well to be honest......and again another low risk addition in terms of what he will be worth on the continent even if he did crash and burn.

Balotelli is the total opposite. We could be left with an expensive bench warmer there....and if he did leave then chances are that lfc would be heavily supplementing his wages. I think mario could come good if paired with Sturridge up front but I think Brendan has many options now so the diamond might never be seen again!!!

I don't know if Illori can battle at the level needed for an EPL CB, but if he could that's an ideal role for him. Playing LCB with his pace and ability on the ball, match made in heaven. But first and foremost you have to be a quality defender and very strong.
      Forwards.......

He'll be back at Bayern within 3 years, IMO.

If it's for a ludicrous fee after performing majestically, we can't really complain.

Great against Swansea but I thought he was pretty below average in the Leicester game... as were half the team.

Im still sitting on the fence with him. He just seems so clumsy and slow to me... maybe its just the way he runs.... like he's trying to knee himself in the face.

                    Should be playing in midfield.

Well, he was better in the last 30mins, and yes, he's not a defender. But let's face it.....it was ****ing Wimbledon and he was septic tonight.

Yeah I agree & now that Toure is back it may happen.
Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

He was poor at times, but I'd put it down to the slippery surface more than anything else - most our players looked wobbly at one time or another but it's looks a lot worse when a defender slips because of the danger it can cause.

Thought he was ok tonight, the main problems were our very own chuckle brothers: Mignolet and Skrtel.

Having him and Henderson in midfield is going to be pretty nice. If that ever happens.
